Toronto & the GTA

Websites for
law firms.

There are 1,383 law firms listed on Google Maps across the GTA. We opened the 1,059 websites among them: 26 do not work on a phone, 47 do not load at all. This page is what we found, and what we do about it.

Websites from $590 · paid after delivery

We build and look after websites for law firms across the GTA. The price follows the size of the business: $590 for a solo operator, $1,190 for a team of three to ten, $2,400 for a larger or multi-location business, $3,900 for a legal, medical or financial practice.

No deposit and no contract: you pay once the site is built and you have seen it, and the monthly part ($129–$990 for hosting, edits, your Google listing and search work) can be cancelled any month.

Review counts are not comparable between trades — 37 is the middle for law firms, which is a very different number from what a dentist or a barber would see. The upper quarter of this field is past 97 reviews and the busiest law firm we found holds 2,507.

actually need.

Pages that rank

A page per service, not one long list

One page cannot rank for everything a law firm does. Each service gets its own page, written for the words people actually type — which for this field is rarely the words the trade uses internally.

Proof

Your work, shown properly

Reviews, photographs and the details that make someone pick you over the listing above yours. 2% of law firms with a website still have no mobile version — that alone is an opening.

Enquiries

A way to reach you that is not a phone call

Forms, booking, click-to-call. 413 sites in this field have no enquiry form at all.

Questions

Asked often.

Do you only work with law firms?

No. We work with local businesses across the GTA and keep a separate page per trade because what a law firm needs from a website is genuinely different from what a retailer needs. We surveyed 1,383 law firms to write this one.

How many law firms in the GTA have no website?

74 of the 1,383 we checked have none attached to their Google listing, and 47 more link to a site that does not load. Of the 1,059 working sites, 26 have no mobile version.

How many Google reviews does a law firm need?

The median across the GTA in this field is 37; the upper quarter is past 97 and the busiest single law firm we found holds 2,507. Those numbers mean nothing outside this trade — a count that is exceptional for a law firm is unremarkable for a restaurant.

What does it cost?

Between $590 and $3,900 for the site depending on size, paid after it is built and you have seen it. Then $129 to $990 a month for hosting, edits, your Google listing and ongoing SEO. Cancel any month.

Before you decide anything

Find out whether
you have a problem.

Most people asking about a rebuild do not need one. The free check opens your site, looks at how it behaves on a phone, whether it is secure and how old the page is, and tells you which of those apply to you.
