Toronto & the GTA

Websites for
movers.

We build websites and run local SEO for movers across the Greater Toronto Area. Everything below comes from our own survey of 620 listings in this field — we opened all 558 of their websites and checked what was there.

Websites from $590 · paid after delivery

We build and look after websites for movers across the GTA. The price follows the size of the business: $590 for a solo operator, $1,190 for a team of three to ten, $2,400 for a larger or multi-location business, $3,900 for a legal, medical or financial practice.

No deposit and no contract: you pay once the site is built and you have seen it, and the monthly part ($129–$990 for hosting, edits, your Google listing and search work) can be cancelled any month.

Review counts are not comparable between trades — 67 is the middle for movers, which is a very different number from what a dentist or a barber would see. The upper quarter of this field is past 164 reviews and the busiest mover we found holds 3,219.

Pages that rank

A page per service, not one long list

One page cannot rank for everything a mover does. Each service gets its own page, written for the words people actually type — which for this field is rarely the words the trade uses internally.

Proof

Your work, shown properly

Reviews, photographs and the details that make someone pick you over the listing above yours. 2% of movers with a website still have no mobile version — that alone is an opening.

Enquiries

A way to reach you that is not a phone call

Forms, booking, click-to-call. 151 sites in this field have no enquiry form at all.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do you only work with movers?

No. We work with local businesses across the GTA and keep a separate page per trade because what a mover needs from a website is genuinely different from what a retailer needs. We surveyed 620 moving companies to write this one.

How many movers in the GTA have no website?

60 of the 620 we checked have none attached to their Google listing, and 28 more link to a site that does not load. Of the 558 working sites, 11 have no mobile version.

How many Google reviews does a mover need?

The median across the GTA in this field is 67; the upper quarter is past 164 and the busiest single mover we found holds 3,219. Those numbers mean nothing outside this trade — a count that is exceptional for a mover is unremarkable for a restaurant.

What does it cost?

Between $590 and $3,900 for the site depending on size, paid after it is built and you have seen it. Then $129 to $990 a month for hosting, edits, your Google listing and ongoing SEO. Cancel any month.

Your turn

Same check,
run on your site.

The check behind this page is the one we ran on every business above. Put your own address in and it will load your site on a phone screen, look at the certificate and the page age, and tell you what a visitor meets. No email, nothing stored.
