Glossary · Off-site
SERP features.
Everything on a results page that is not a plain blue link: the map pack, the AI answer, People Also Ask, images, ads, review stars.
Why it matters.
Position three means something very different depending on what sits above it. On many local searches the first genuine organic result is halfway down the screen, which is why "we rank first" claims about a term nobody checks are worth so little.
How to check it yourself.
Search your main term on a phone and scroll until you reach the first ordinary blue link. However far down that is, that is what "ranking first" would actually be worth.

Before you decide anything
Find out whether
you have a problem.
Most people asking about a rebuild do not need one. The free check opens your site, looks at how it behaves on a phone, whether it is secure and how old the page is, and tells you which of those apply to you.
If you want
one built.
We build the site, you look at it, and you pay once it is finished and you are happy with it. Hosting, edits and the Google listing carry on monthly, cancellable any month.
